Shipping policy

We are so excited for you to receive your order! All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Jewelry orders are shipped from the beautiful state of Minnesota using First Class Mail via USPS and typically take between 2-5 days to arrive at your doorstep. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

Due to the unique size and nature of each oil painting on wood, we will personally reach out to you to discuss the best shipping or delivery option. Melinda will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase to determine the most cost-effective and secure way to ship or transport your painting. Shipping charges will be finalized based on the chosen method.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at melinda@melindawolff.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
